Optimised multi-angle lugs. The lug layout uses alternating bar angles and tapered buttresses to generate high longitudinal drawbar pull while maintaining lateral grip on side-slopes; wide inter-lug voids promote rapid self-cleaning in wet clay, keeping the biting edges exposed, which reduces slip, shortens work cycles, and protects the carcass from heat caused by excessive lug flex, making the TVS AR-700 tyre dependable across mixed soil conditions and short roading segments.

Cut and chip-resistant compound. TVS formulates the AR-700 with a high-tear, cut- and chip-resistant compound engineered with robust polymer networks, reinforcing fillers, and anti-ozonant systems to withstand stubble, sharp aggregate, and abrasive tracks; reduced chunking and crown chipping maintains lug integrity and footprint geometry over time, supporting consistent traction and braking while lowering downtime from punctures and reducing lifecycle costs in heavy-duty agricultural and utility service.

Reinforced sidewall and bead. A heavy-duty sidewall package with high-denier body plies, pronounced rim guard, and a reinforced bead bundle with apex fillers increases impact resistance and resists rim chafing, so the TVS AR-700 can be worked at lower operating pressures for improved flotation without excessive sidewall deflection, maintaining steer precision and casing stability under high loads, implement carriage, and frequent field-to-road transitions.

Wide footprint stability. By delivering a squarer, wider footprint, the TVS AR-700 spreads axle loads more uniformly to cut rutting and protect pasture, while the stable contact patch reduces vibration and hop at transport speeds, sharpening steering response and braking stability; the result is predictable handling, reduced operator fatigue, and even wear across the shoulder and centre blocks for longer service intervals and consistent tyre performance across seasons.
